Since the installation of the SDS system, OptimEyes has realized a major benefit from accurate pricing for both cash and third party transactions as well as the elimination of missed charges by cumbersome manual processes. SDS's integration with their lab and vision billing system has greatly reduced labor costs.

Ken Andrews, the CIO of Henry Ford Optimeyes stated that,"We have never seen anything like this before. We looked at many potential systems but most were using relatively old technology.
